What if you knew exactly what to do when an intercultural conversation turns tense?

That is the question at the heart of our new article on EPALE, the European platform for adult learning. It starts from a scene many trainers will recognise: a friendly, multicultural group, a sudden debate on immigration policy, and a room where people begin to feel personally judged.

The article argues that a policy discussion is rarely just about policy. It touches belonging, family history and identity, so the useful question is not how to avoid the topic, but what to do when it arrives. The course is built to help you answer it. Read the article on EPALE.

And what do participants say about our course?

“The trainers are very good at valuing each participant’s contribution. Excellent content that can be applied in different work contexts.”

“For me, it was the ideal balance: a welcoming environment and engaging dynamics, without losing the formal and structured aspect of the training.”
