- Identify and deconstruct stereotypes + contextualize
- Reflect on diversity in each context/country + systematise
- Identify and analise country hosting practices

Day 2: Who does intercultural mediation?
- Reflecting on the profile of key competences
- Role-play to deconstruct prejudices and work on competences
- Reflect on the development plan – packing the suitcase
Day 3: How do you do intercultural mediation?
- Identify emerging cultural conflicts – examples from each country
- Identify conflict-averting intercultural competences
- Experience the process of intercultural mediation – role-play

Day 4: Managing diversity in intervention settings – what challenges?
- Intercultural relations: experiences and professional contexts

Active Training Methodologies for Multicultural Classroom Strategies
Throughout the course, participants will engage in practical group work, short presentations on theoretical aspects, narrations, group dynamics, music, images, videos, and sharing pedagogical resources and practical cases. Guided cultural visits and visual facilitation will enhance the learning experience.
