What for?
Objectives:
1. Building capacity for internationalisation – establishing international partnerships and promoting peer learning amongst European institutions
2. Building capacity for social impact – deepening knowledge, improving practices and developing skills for working in diverse contexts with vulnerable communities
3. Building capacity for digital transformation – maximising the use of digital technologies for teaching, learning and communication, and developing digital skills for all
4. Building capacity for inclusion and active participation – engaging and mobilising learners with fewer opportunities for international mobility, and developing basic skills

Staff at the Lisbon City Foundation.
How?
Main activities:
- Job shadowing – study visits (for staff).
- Training – structured courses (for staff).
- Learner mobility.
CRITERIA FOR SELECTING PARTICIPANTS
The selection of participants will be carried out jointly by the Fundação Cidade de Lisboa team, through a transparent and participatory process, taking into account the following factors:
i) the relevance of the roles held within the organisation, in line with the training and work areas described above,
ii) the ability to apply the skills to be acquired in the various formats, in accordance with their area of work,
iii) ability to disseminate the knowledge acquired to other organisations with similar activities and to colleagues,
iv) the possibility for participants with fewer opportunities to take part in the mobility schemes,
v) motivation to participate in the mobility schemes and learning expectations,
vi) professional and personal availability to participate in the mobility schemes and dissemination activities.
