It was a great honour for us to welcome Mr Carlos Moedas, Mayor of Lisbon (CML), on 17 January 2023. Carlos Moedas was given a tour of the headquarters of the Fundação Cidade de Lisboa, including the residence of the Nuno Krus Abecasis University College of Cooperation, and was introduced to the various activities carried out by the institution.
During the visit, we presented the projects currently underway across the Foundation’s main areas of focus: citizenship and sustainability, integration and interculturalism, education and academic success, and the publishing project. We also explored the Foundation’s history, its partnerships with the Lisbon City Council, and future prospects for collaboration.
We will continue to strengthen this partnership with the aim of facilitating the achievement of the shared objectives of Lisbon City Council and the Lisbon City Foundation.
