The “Tools for YOU*!” booklet, a significant outcome of the ERASMUS+ project, has been officially released in January 2024. This comprehensive publication is designed to support youth workers, trainers, and organizations dedicated to working with young people, particularly those in NEET situations (not in employment, education, or training).

Developed during the “Tools For YOU*!” Training Course, the booklet integrates 12 essential tools and resources aimed at enhancing the quality of youth work across Europe. The training course, which took place over eight days in October 2023, brought together 34 participants from 14 organizations. The course concluded with a highly informative final webinar attended by 97 participants from eight European countries.

  •  Comprehensive Tools: The booklet includes 12 carefully curated tools designed to address the challenges faced by youth workers. These tools offer practical methods and strategies to improve youth engagement and support. 
  • Collaborative Effort: The publication reflects the collective expertise and experiences of participants from diverse backgrounds, ensuring a wide range of perspectives and approaches. 
  • European Integration: By involving organizations and participants from multiple countries, the booklet promotes a unified approach to youth work across Europe.
