400\">Throughout the <\/span><b>2025\/2026 academic year<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">, the <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/fundacaocidadedelisboa.pt\/en\/projetos\/projetos-nacionais\/todos-in-na-comunidade\/\"><b>Tod@s IN na Comunidade<\/b><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400\"> project, promoted by the Lisbon City Foundation (LCF), continued to establish itself as a key initiative in promoting educational success, social inclusion, and the personal, social and academic development of children and young people.<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><b>Tod@s IN na Comunidade<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400\"> is an LCF project that promotes the social inclusion of children, young people and families in vulnerable situations within the Alvalade community. Through the training of educational stakeholders, tutoring and activities for children and young people, strengthening family-school relationships, and community-based initiatives, the project contributes to educational success, skills development and active community participation.<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">By implementing an integrated approach involving students, schools, families, volunteer tutors and teachers, the project helped create more inclusive educational pathways while promoting equal opportunities.<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n                    <\/div>\n    <\/article>\n<\/section>\n\n<section id=\"title-image-description\" significant results:<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><b>52 children and young people<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400\"> received individual tutoring support;<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><b>623 hours of tutoring<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400\"> were delivered, tailored to each participant&#8217;s needs;<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><b>66 group activities<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400\"> were organised, involving <\/span><b>1,168 children and young people<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">;<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Participants&#8217; personal, social and academic skills improved by an average of <\/span><b>19.3%<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n                    <\/div>\n    <\/article>\n<\/section>\n\n<section id=\"title-image-description\" <h2>Training those who support others <\/h2>\n            \n            \n                            <p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">The project also invested in the training of volunteer tutors and teachers through a three-module programme focusing on:<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Tutoring and educational facilitation;<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Personal, social and academic development;<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Managing diverse groups and promoting active citizenship.<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Participants highly valued the training, highlighting:<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Participatory learning methodologies;<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: style=\"font-weight: 400\">The project evaluation highlights a very positive impact on the children and young people who took part.<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">The main improvements identified include:<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Increased motivation towards school;<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Better study organisation;<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Greater self-esteem and self-confidence;<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Improved communication and interpersonal skills;<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Enhanced ability to manage emotions and overcome challenges.<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Tutoring sessions received an average satisfaction rating of <\/span><b>4.62 out of 5<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">, with participants particularly appreciating:<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li included:<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Mental health and well-being;<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Emotional management;<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Empathy;<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Bullying prevention;<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span 400\">Human rights.<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">These activities were also highly appreciated by participants, who valued the opportunity to reflect, share experiences and learn collaboratively.<\/span><\/p>\n                    <\/div>\n    <\/article>\n<\/section>\n\n<section id=\"title-image-description\" class=\"title-image-description\">\n     <!-- Article content -->\n    <article class=\"article-content\">\n        <div class=\"container-fcl\">\n            \n                            <h2>A more participatory and cohesive community<\/h2>\n            \n            \n                            <p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">In parallel with the work developed with children and young people in the educational community, the project reinforced community intervention in Bairro das Murtas, in Alvalade. Initiatives included active listening sessions, parental empowerment, and community participation activities of an artistic and cultural nature. Through the &#8220;Murtas em Conversa&#8221; and &#8220;Murtas em Fam\u00edlia&#8221; programs, along with collaboration with local partners, 123 residents were engaged throughout the academic year. This effort contributed to strengthening community ties, promoting resident participation, and helping build responses better tailored to the area&#8217;s needs.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n                    <\/div>\n    <\/article>\n<\/section>\n\n<section id=\"title-image-description\" class=\"title-image-description last-block\">\n     <!-- Article content -->\n    <article class=\"article-content\">\n        <div class=\"container-fcl\">\n            \n                            <h2>A project that continues to make a difference <\/h2>\n            \n            \n                            <p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">The overall evaluation shows a high level of satisfaction among students, teachers, tutors and parents, all of whom recognised the contribution of <\/span><b>Tod@s IN na Comunidade<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400\"> to educational success, social inclusion and the holistic development of the children and young people involved.<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">The impact achieved throughout the <\/span><b>2025\/2026 school year<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400\"> reinforces the project&#8217;s importance within the educational community. <\/span><b>Tod@s IN na Comunidade<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400\"> will continue until <\/span><b>2028<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">, enabling the Foundation to consolidate the work already carried out, expand its impact, and continue supporting children and young people in
