SCXW57819235 BCX0\"> and 20<\/span><span class=\"NormalTextRun SCXW57819235 BCX0\">th<\/span> <span class=\"NormalTextRun SCXW57819235 BCX0\">of <\/span><span class=\"NormalTextRun SCXW57819235 BCX0\">August, focused on intercultural learning, <\/span><span class=\"NormalTextRun SCXW57819235 BCX0\">inclusion<\/span><span class=\"NormalTextRun SCXW57819235 BCX0\"> and women&#8217;s the <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/konrad-martin-haus.de\/\"><span data-contrast=\"none\">Konrad-Martin-Haus<\/span><\/a><span data-contrast=\"auto\">, in Bad K\u00f6sen, a town in the Naumburg data-contrast=\"auto\">The institution is an adult education centre inspired by the Danish folk high school model, the so-called &#8220;people&#8217;s high schools&#8221;, a <\/span><b><span data-contrast=\"auto\">form of non-formal education that originated in 19th-century Denmark, with no exams or academic diplomas, designed for adults who want to learn through shared experience<\/span><\/b><span data-contrast=\"auto\">, community living and dialogue, typically in a short-term residential format.<\/span><span built on the idea that the most meaningful learning happens outside traditional school settings<\/span><\/b><span data-contrast=\"auto\">, through dialogue, civic participation and community life. Following this philosophy, the <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/konrad-martin-haus.de\/\"><span data-contrast=\"none\">Konrad-Martin-Haus<\/span><\/a><span data-contrast=\"auto\"> develops activities aimed at strengthening social and democratic skills, working in partnership with local organisations in the areas of inclusion, education for democracy and the empowerment of different community <\/h2>\n            \n            \n                            <p><span data-contrast=\"auto\">Over three days, the group from the Lisbon City Foundation got to know the history and values of the host institution up close, and<\/span><b><span data-contrast=\"auto\"> took part in hands-on activities on European values.<\/span><\/b><span with people from different backgrounds&#8221; and to use &#8220;<\/span><b><span data-contrast=\"auto\">storytelling, educational materials and creativity&#8221; in learning activities<\/span><\/b><span data-contrast=\"auto\">.<\/span><span
